Tallest 3D Printed Human Sculpture
Guinness rewarded Youtuber from the UK, James Bruton. Bruton is known for making 3D printed things like a 3D printed skateboard and other things. Just recently he 3D printed a huge sculpture of himself.
It was recognized by Guinness World Records, they said that the sculpture was 3.62 meters or 11.8 feet tall. They awarded it with a quite specific title of ”Tallest 3D printed sculpture of a human’’.

Nike’s new 3D printed shoes Zoom Vaporfly Elite Flyprint is expected to strengthen Eliud Kipchoge’s London Marathon 2018.
The Nike shoes are said to be specifically made for the fastest marathon runner. The trainer shoes will help Kipchoge get the title of the fastest marathon runner in the whole world. The runner has attempted to get the title certify more than twice. However, both times he failed and said it was because of the wrong shoes. This time, Nike will help him achieve it.
Copper, Ceramic, And Iron In Used In A Single 3D Printed Material
After so many tries, Germany’s TU Chemnitz has finally 3D printed all the vital components for an electrical motor.
The team at the Chemnitz University of Technology led by Prof. Dr. Ralf Werner of Professorship of Electrical Energy Conversion Systems and Drives has worked over two years just to perfect the method. The team has successfully 3D printed copper, iron, and ceramics. They will be presenting their research at this year’s Hanover Messe trade fair.
3D Printing To Eliminate Plastic Waste
Since 3D printing mostly uses new materials, and most of it is plastic, it adds up to the billions of waste produce by the humans. To stop that, many 3D printing companies are starting to think of ideas on how to lessen it.
The University of Luxembourg has started doing it. They have this project called Upcycling and Additive Manufacturing (UpAM) project. Another 3D printing company that reduces waste is the Dutch company named Refil. It has created a PLA filament entirely from recycled yogurt pots. Also, just recently, 3devo’s SHR3D IT has promised to reuse their failed or unwanted 3D prints.

3D Printed House Gets Displayed
Arup and CLS Architects have created a 3D Printed house with one bedroom. It was revealed in Salone del Mobile design in Milan. Guests can admire the 3D printed house in Milan’s central Piazza Cesare Beccaria.
The companies named the house ‘3D Housing 05’, which was 3D printed on site by CyBe Construction’s robotic additive manufacturing systems. Italcementi, a global concrete, and construction material company, helped with the cement that was used to build the home.
